RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you find at Chromatic Static.

Because many of our pieces are vintage, pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, or limited edition, all vintage clothing and accessories are final sale unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.

Please read each item's description and review all photos carefully before purchasing. Vintage pieces may show normal signs of age, wear, fading, distressing, or imperfections. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and will be noted in the listing whenever possible.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review it and work with you on a resolution.

Books and original products: Return eligibility will be stated on the individual product page.

Sale items: Final sale unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
