We carefully pack every Chromatic Static order and ship it to the address provided at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Vintage pieces may require additional care during preparation, and we'll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Chromatic Static is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Chromatic Static is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item so we can help determine the next steps.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
